4 Weeks Total Body Makeover Challenge
Hey Guys! I hope you are doing good and working regularly on your body fat 😅😆. But if you are not, then it is now when you must start working out. Here, you will get some full body exercises that you have to do daily for 4 weeks to observe better results. At least 20 minutes a day for your body.
I personally recommend this exercise as it is tried and tested by me. And it really helped me to lose weight.
At the start you will feel that your legs are paining a lot, the ache in your abdomen but soon it will be alright as you will start doing this regularly.
Let's Start!
1] 5 minutes for each Cardio Exercise
- Jumping Jacks
- High Knees
- Skater Ploos
- Butt Kicks
- Jog on the Spot
This exercise will reduce the maximum of your calories and will work on your legs and will tone them.
2] 4 minutes each for Lower Body
- Squats
- Jump Squats
- Hold Squats
- Lunges
This exercise will tone your inner and outer thighs and will tone your butts.
3] 3 minutes each for Abs
- Bicycle Crunches
- Leg Lifts
- Mountain Climbers
This exercise will work on your love handles, tummy fat.
4] 2 minutes each for Upper body
- Push-ups
- Triceps Dips
5] 1 minute of Plank
This exercise will work on your full body.
Just 15 to 20 minutes a day for your body and you will be amazed by the results that you will see.
