How much we all love sugar. It is the best moment when eating sugar and enjoying the sweetest of tastes. Right?
But are we aware of the consequences of eating sugar every day? I am sure all of us are surely aware that eating sugar is really dangerous for health that may be in various forms such as our favorite cold-drinks, chocolates, candies, ice-creams, sweets, cakes, pastries, and the list goes on....................!
It doesn't mean to cut down sweet taste from our diet. But to consume a healthy sugar that you can get from whole wheat, rice, fruits, milk, ghee.
Refined sugar causes bad teeth, diabetes, heart disease, obesity. Sugar is bad because it has calories and here calories mean very very high calories. And as our Exercise habits are so damm good, we are able to burn all these calories. Right? Hope you understood the sarcasm.
Now let me discuss one interview which is about a model who cut down this artificial sugar for 28 years and the results were amazing...
She is Carolyn Hartz who gave up the white sugar almost 30 years ago after the years of being "addicted to sweet sugar"
Now you must be thinking that if she gave up sugar 30 years ago than what might be her age. Any guesses? She is 70 years old beautiful lady. I know it is difficult to believe, but it is true and the results are amazing as we can see her perfectly gorgeous body at the age of 70 years also.

Our favorite Alia Bhatt also follow no sugar diet and she said this in many of her interviews and she believes that refined sugar is bad for health and she said this recently in The Kapil Sharma show when came to promote KALANK.
Now as we know the dangerous side of Sugar; we need to find some better alternatives for the refined sugar.
