Today, I am going to share the healthy lifestyle of our favorite Khiladi; Akshay Kumar, which will definitely inspire to start over the healthy life. Lets began.
Akshay Kumar not only focuses on exercise but also take his diet very seriously and that is the reason that at the age of 50 also he is still energetic and fit.
- He finishes his dinner by 6:30 pm and never eats after that. He says that food requires 4-5 hours to digest and if we eat right before bed then it will be stored as fats indirectly the cholesterol level will rise.
- He as the real fit body, unlike other actors. He does not believe in consuming protein shakes as it can affect on lung run.
- He believes in Early to Rise and Early to bed. He wakes up at 4:00 am and Sleeps at 9:00 pm.
- While eating the food he uses to chew it at-least 35-40 times. As Chewing food properly, helps in proper digestion.
- He always controls sugar and salt intake as these two are white poison. The lesser you take, the healthier you become.
- He meditates at least 1 to 1/2 hour to relieve from stress as stress can deteriorate your health.
- Whenever hungry post lunch and post breakfast, he uses to grab nuts and fruits.
- He drinks lots and lots of water, at least 4-5 liters a day is a must.
- He never overeats. Overeating causes the generation of unwanted fats in your body.
- He says that if you cannot exercise, just take 15-20 minutes of a quick walk.
These are some of the tips given by and followed by Akshay Kumar. If you can follow at least 3-4 of then also you will definitely proceed towards your healthy lifestyle. And this is not a rocket science which one cannot follow. These are the basic requirements for a healthy living which is being forgotten.
