My Experience of the GM diet





Hello Friends,

Today I am going to share my Experience when I choose the GM diet for my weight loss.

Are you interested in the History of GM diet, NO!, I know sometimes it seems boring but it is something very interesting that you should know and then we will directly jump on my experiences.

  • So, basically, GM stands for General Motors. And it was especially started way back in 1985 for the employ of the company to maintain their healthy lifestyle. Also, it was proven efficient to maintain the mental health of its Employer.

What is the diet all about?

GM DIET

  • This diet is all about eatings and you actually do not need to carve for food provided that you have to consume particular food in a single day for 7 days.
  1. Day 1: This day is Fruits day, except banana you can have all varieties of fruits.
  2. Day 2: This day is the Vegetable day, boiled and uncooked vegetables are to be consumed.
  3. Day 3: This day, you can have both Vegetables as well as Fruits.
  4. Day 4: This day is about to consume Protein and Calcium and that you can get from Banana and Milk.
  5. Day 5: This day is to have some rice, some soup, also you can have yummy paneer.
  6. Day 6: This day you can have cooked and fried (in lesser oil) vegetables.
  7. Day 7: This day is to consume some fruit juices and also you can have rice and Paneer.

How I benefited from the GM diet?

  • In the first day, you will feel little carving for food, but if you control your carving trust me you will be losing 3-4 kgs in a week. I lost 3 kgs with this GM diet in just a week and never gained it back. Why? Because with the end of the GM diet, I started some exercises and walking. 
  • If you will return back to your irregular diet, it is definitely reflected in your weight gain, so it is recommended to start some exercise daily.
  • The GM diet Detoxifies your body resulting in boosting up your metabolism that in turn helps in Fat burning. 
  • After Day 3 you will be able to see the clear results, and after day 7 you will feel very light and fresh.
  • It is my suggestion that after the completion of this diet, avoid directly jumping to your regular diet. Start slowly with Roti, Dal Chawal. Our Indian food is a complete source of Vitamins, Proteins and there is no substitute for this.
